Prices and costs
Charlotte Family Clinic is a nonprofit organization, so we keep our prices as low as we can.
Visits start from just $30 without insurance.
We do accept insurance as well, including Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and Aetna, as well as out-of-network benefits for other plans.

* Annual physicals/wellness exams are covered without co-pay with most insurance plans as a preventive health service.
If you have insurance, your plan may cover these services at a reduced rate.
If you are having trouble affording these services, please let us know as we can provide a sliding scale payment plan with proof of income.
As a nonprofit organization, we aim to provide services that are affordable and accessible whether you have insurance coverage or not.
