Making healthcare accessible and affordable
We are a small, nurse-practitioner-led not-for-profit organization. Our goal is to provide healthcare that is both affordable and accessible to local residents of Charlotte, Texas, and surrounding areas.
Our Story
Kelli, our primary nurse practitioner, grew up in Charlotte Texas. She saw first-hand how distance affects the community's ability to access quality, affordable healthcare.
She became a nurse and then later a nurse practitioner, with the ultimate goal of leading the way to providing healthcare in her home community.
With the help of her mentor and some helpful experts, she was able to lead the way to starting a 501 (c) 3 non-profit corporation whose goal it is to provide healthcare to rural Atascosa county, including Charlotte, Christine, and surrounding areas.
Our Philosophy of Care
Charlotte Family Clinic's philosophy is that optimal health is holistic and can only be attained through the proper balance of exercise, sleep, nutrition, and education.
We believe that the health of the individual must be a cooperative endeavor with the patient, family, and community with the collaboration of educated health professionals to guide the way. Our goal is to create the best-rounded experience for each patient to optimize their health.
